Our story
Candorix Insight Lab started with a simple idea: decisions improve when people share honest assumptions and test them together. We built a space where learners practice causal thinking, experiment design, and Bayesian updating in public—among peers who care about clarity.
Mission
Equip analysts and leaders to make transparent, testable, and ethical choices under uncertainty. We teach tools and the judgment to apply them responsibly.
What we value
- Candor over certainty: state priors and doubts clearly.
- Evidence with empathy: measure impact and respect people.
- Rigor that ships: favor actions you can explain and test.
Team
Our facilitators are statisticians, experiment designers, and product leaders who have run high-stakes tests in consumer, B2B, and public-sector contexts. We mentor cohorts and join weekly critiques.
Lead Facilitator
Guides cohort critiques and pre-analysis plans. Loves turning messy logs into clear counterfactuals.
Experiment Architect
Designs practical tests with power and guardrails; insists on readable memos over dashboards.
Bayesian Coach
Helps learners translate priors into decisions with credible intervals you can discuss with stakeholders.

Counterfactual clarity
Define what would have happened without the action. We rehearse this with thought experiments and small holdouts.
Power and practicality
We balance statistical power with shipping cadence so tests inform decisions in time to matter.
Bias checks
We scan for selection effects, data drift, and metric manipulation. When in doubt, we simplify and document trade-offs.
